Delay in CKS result Still waiting after 48hours

I have given exam 2nd attempt on 4th Jan, Due to n/w issue the exam got disconnected and had discussed with PSI support team to re-schedule the exam but i am not able to see option on trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org site as its still showing evaluating the result & Exam results will be released 24 hours after exam is completed though it passwd 48hours , I need to schedule exam but until this get sorted i can't do.

Response can take several business days, as tickets are handled in the order they are received. There is no need to open multiple tickets. Once the Support team will start working on your ticket, they will assist you.
