Error with Chapter Quiz 16 Question 2

I'm having a little trouble with Chapter Quiz 16 Question 2. The question seems to always fail. When reviewing the quiz the question displays any selected answers as incorrect with the red boxes, and does not display the correct answers with green boxes.

I've also noticed that quiz runs a noticeably slower then other quizzes I've been through.
