Ticket still not assigned.

Hi support team,
I have issued my ticket since 5 days ago. The status of the ticket is still unassigned. Please help! Thank you!

    Hi @krave

    Due to a higher volume of inquiries, it is currently taking several business days (no weekends or holidays) for tickets to be handled. Tickets are handled in the order they are received. Once the Support team starts working on your ticket, they will help you.

    Hi Team,

    Its been 3 days since i have raised a ticket for rescheduling my exam due to the technical glitch happened while attending CKA exam, but my ticket is still unassigned and exam status says grading in progress, Please help me reschedule the exam ASAP.

    Here is the ticket details

    Please note that processing time can take several business days, weekends and holidays not included. Rest assured that once your ticket is assigned, the Customer Support team will assist you in rescheduling your exam.
