CKAD Bad experience with PSI Bridge exam - disconnected during exam and cannot continue

I had the same problem during my CKA exam last night, the PSI platform froze with about 15 minutes left in my exam. This is my ticket number: TCCS-173289

I have two questions:
1. Will my test still count and be graded despite the PSI platform freezing during the last 15 minutes and me not being able to end the exam properly?
2. Will I be able to schedule a retake considering that this issue was on the PSI side?
