Problems with PSI Secure Browser

I had checked Online Proctoring System Check before, it passed the test.

but I can't load exam interface, It shows:

Error outgoing request timed out after 5000ms getting data.

I didn't have this problem in my previous exam, the version at that time was 2.6.0, and there was no such problem.
Now it is 2.6.2, and there is a problem that the test interface cannot be opened.

I faced exact same issue and my exam marked as absent in test, I tried to reach out support team but no response

I faced the same issue! I tried connecting over 10 times, uninstalling and reinstalling but each time I got the same error. I opened a ticket - TCCS-55137.
