Exam portal stucked for more than 24 hrs

I couldn't use my external monitor for the cks exam and I created a ticket so the team could help me reschedule the exam. It has been more than 24hrs and nothing has been done :( TCCS-45660)

    We are sorry to hear you experienced issues with your exam. The Customer Support team will assist you, but please keep in mind that it may take several business days for them to handle your ticket (as advised in the automated email you get when opening a ticket), as they respond and resolve each ticket in the order received.
