Issue on Question 9.1 Chapter quiz

I can not get past question 1. I select the answer and I get a popup that says "an unknown error has occurred please refresh the page and try again." I have refreshed the page, cleared cache, tried another browser all with the same results. I submitted a support ticket but instead of working the issue it was resolved and instructed to post in this forum instead.
