LF terrific customer support

Before starting my exam, unfortunately there is some network failure at home because of my bad time, so i didnt start the exam. from that moment am try to call and raise case with LF team. but no response from their end. however they are taking more time respond either. i was really worried and looking forward to get the support form them.

    The only way to interact with the Linux Foundation Customer Support Team is via JIRA tickets, which you have already opened. Response time may take multiple business days, depending on the pending volume of tickets at the moment, but rest assured they will assist you.
