GCE: Setting up instance

I'm trying to create an instance in GCE. When I set the network interface to 'lfclass' which was created earlier its ask my for a subnetwork.
There was no definition for subnetwork when I created the the VPC network 'lfclass'.
What address should I define for subnetrwork when I create the lfclass VPC network?

In the introductory chapter of the course you can find a video that illustrates the provisioning process and necessary configuration options for the VPC, subnet, firewall rule, and GCE VM instances.
