Horrible Experience while taking the CKAD Exam.

I have scheduled my CKAD exam on sept 10th after a month of preparation. I have logged in 30 mins before the exam and started the test. Then i got the instruction to install the secure browser(PSI). I have installed and that browser keeps loading for more than 40 mins and keep on loading. I was frustated. Is this same experience for everyone or am i the only one facing this. Even the mock exams that i have taken in other sites are better than this. We only prepare for the exam not for this external issues. Please, i request linux foundation to change the PSI browser and make the user experience better. BTW, i have raised a ticket to reschedule the exam.
