This is great, now on the older kind binary, when you try to install linkerd service mesh, kubernetes is too old! I went back, reinstalled everything with newer kind and k8s and now this doesn't work...

After looking into it a bit it seems ambassador is being dropped from kind. Or rather, the setup instructions don't work and as a solution they are "dropping them from the guide" so it's not clear what steps would get it working without more effort. See here (https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kind/issues/2856)

For now, this image works with ambassador and linkerd (I haven't checked consul or istio yet)

kind create cluster --name linkerd --config ./kind-cluster.yaml --image kindest/node:v1.21.12
