Linux on 2018 HP Pavilion laptop

Are there any HP friendly Linux distros they will easily install on a 2018 HP Pavilion laptop? I have tried Ubuntu, Mint, Cinnamon and Zorin pro. Can't get any of them to work. Advice?

Why can't you get them to work? What happens? What do you see?

It's been awhile, but if I remember correctly after usb install at the BIOS it wouldn't recognize my wifi or printer settings. There may be more to it but it's been more than two years since I tried that install. I'll try again and let you know what happens. I have Zorin Pro on a USB, I'll try that first.

you need to get update to date kernel with the drivers included for the HP, or install drivers on your on.
