CKAD exam new platform issue

• could not have Remote Desktop in full screen ( display only a small part of terminal )
• could not scroll up & down each window normally
• type . sometimes doesn't work, need type more than 3 times
• with display issue, could not switch between terminal & firefox

Support ticket created already 2 days, no reply

If you need to take exam recently with this new platform, good luck .

Warning:

• use a PC with a large monitor at least
• windows PC even system requirement test is OK, maybe we could not launch the platform correctly (some windows services, it could not terminate, tried to run as Adminidatrator the same)
