OS-level virtualization and Kernal-level virtualization are same?

I am having a little tough time to understand the OS-level virtualization and Kernal-level virtualization. I feel like both are same but on few topics the document referred as OS-level virtualization but on few referred as Kernal-level virtualization. So Can someone help me to understand.

    Hi @prasadsadineni,

The kernel is a key component of the operating system. The operating system level virtualization as a concept is implemented at the kernel level, hence the term kernel level virtualization. For the purpose of this course, they can be used interchangeably.
