Hi,

One visitor stopped by today to resolve a Kubernetes cluster bootstrapping issue with VirtualBox VMs.

The VirtualBox default DHCP servers IP subnets of type 192.168.x.0/24 interfere with the calico default pod network 192.168.0.0/16. In order to fix the IP overlap we managed to update the pod subnet CALICO_IPV4POOL_CIDR to 10.200.0.0/16 in the calico.yaml file, and the podSubnet to the same 10.200.0.0/16 in the kubeadm-config.yaml file.

This change allowed the cluster to initialize successfully.

The session was not recorded.

Regards,
-Chris
