LFD201 - How to download SOLUTIONS folder?

Hello,
I'm working on LFD201, and solving the exercises. There is a link in the PDF file for the answers like

Please see SOLUTIONS/s 16/lab_prompt.txt

When clicked, I get the following error as I think the SOLUTIONS folder should exist in the same folder of the PDF

Could not open the file './SOLUTIONS/s_16/lab_prompt.txt'.

Can you guide me how to download this folder?
