When will I receive the Badge?

Hi! I have recently completed all the courses of this bootcamp, and I have also obtained the CKA certification... however, I did not received yet the "Advance Cloud Engineer Boot Camp" badge... Do I need to take any additional action to receive it? How long does it usually take to receive it?
