I have compiled a kernel in different ways, and in the end it gives me the same result, after applying the make install command.
I tried to solve it in different ways that I found on the net, but they have not solved me, the main problem, which is, to avoid that error.
Error:
It remains in the initramfs console, like this:

Gave up waiting for root file system device. Common problems:
- Boot args (cat /proc/cmdline)
- Check rootdelay= (did the system wait long enough?)
- Missing modules (cat /proc/modules; ls /dev)
