Chapter 3 Terraform Installation and Configuration Spin up Nodes

Hello,

after finishing Chapter 3 I didn't want to leave the cluster running.

Therefore spinning up Nodes and Installation in an automated fashion and destoying when not needed i created a Terraform Configuration.

Maybe this could be of help.

For the cluster i do not use Google Cloud but this can be easily updated with cloud provider of choice with Terraform Providers.
