Link broken lesson 03

When presenting More installation tools, kube-aws is listed but its link is broken. Moreover, the project page has been moved to https://github.com/kubernetes-retired/kube-aws and it is archived. The same applies to kube.
On the other hand, kubicorn seems not to get updates since 2019. I think it's not as updated as kops nad kubespray. I addition, I think to mention clusterapi would be nice.
