5.5 kubectl create/replace vs apply

I have previously learned that apply is generally more suitable to use than create.

In the material here I'm seeing more use of 'create' however. In this lab, the PSP is created and then later 'replace' is used. Is there a benefit to doing it this way vs using apply?
