CKAD exam not loading

Hi
Can someone please help, CKAD exam is not launching

I don't understand what is the issue on the portal it showing "
Status: Grading in progress.
Exam results will be released 24 hours after exam is completed." Can someone please explain what is happening, will i loose this attempt ??? this is not my fault, please let me know. I have invested a lof tme for this.

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the CKAD exam. If you have not done so yet, please open a ticket with the LF Customer Support Team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, and they will assist you in rescheduling the exam for a different date (please note their business hours, M-F 8am-8pm US Central Time). All exam-related problems can only be solved with assistance from the support team, while the forum is for course content related questions.
