[qemu] no need for sudo

In lab 28.3. "Installing a VM from the Command Line", if ran with sudo the first command is fine but the second fails. Without sudo both are ok

    this extra credit exercise is extremely version and distro dependent (you can find recent discussion of how qemu-system-x86_64 does not even exist on RHEL/CentOS anymore. Please don't think your experience is universal on your particular distro as the libvirt group is definitely not needed on many if not most situations. Congrats for getting this to work for yourself. We made this "extra credit" precisely because it is a PITA
