Knowledge Check Question 17.2

This question is asking which tools will display UUIDs of block devices currently connected to the system. I've always used lsblk for this, which will show UUID with -f and you can get the PARTUUID with -o if preferred. The question doesn't specify that the tool has to be used without parameters or flags, so why is lsblk not an accepted answer?

Yes you are correct. But that usage of lsblk is not covered in the text which has no details and only shows information without any option. So there are there choices we can do here:
    1) mark them both as correct and change the question to plural ("are tools")
    2) get rid of the lsblk choice and replace it with something harmless and fake like "lsuuid"
    3) get rid of the question

I do not want to do 1) as then we will get complaints about not covering this usage. A lot of commands can either spit out the UUID for take it as an argument if you get down in the weeds

    2) is what we should do

We will take care of this
