[podman] ubuntu repository deprecated

In chapter 'containers-overview' p.7, the podman repository ppa:projectatomic/ppa seems deprecated. But the following steps worked: https://www.vultr.com/docs/how-to-install-and-use-podman-on-ubuntu-20-04
