Missing « Next Page » at the bottom of pages

In many pages, the Next Page link is missing, and it takes to scroll back up to move forward

@thomas.bucaioni The link is not broken - there is actually a redirect in place when you click on it and it takes you to the new location. As an aside, links are prone to change, but in this case, there is a redirect in place.

The Next Page links were missing in another course, apologies. They're all present in this one.
And the https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc15 link works today, maybe I had miscopied the string
