battery #2 & #3 not present

Hi. I was working with my lap top Dell Latitude 6430 COREI 7 intel - windows 7 - i decided to place it under the table and the battery exited from the lap top. Charger was connected but system turned off and I turned it on. when I started the windows, I set the time and date. Eset security was ok after a restart. but i saw this message when i wanted to set the brightness of the screen : battery 2 & 3 not present. !! !! what? i can not set the brightness, I can not start google Earth, I can not run Any games and FL studio, there is a problem with graphics and drivers I think. Please guide me.
