How to free LVM pool space after initial install?

Options

I have build a Centos 7.9 server with a very basic LVM config. Basically want just one big pool for VMs. After the initial install, there is zero free space in the device/pool. Any ideas why? What did I do wrong during the partition config? Is there an easy way to add the space back into the pool (vg_tvchost4)?
