No Input Field For Digital Ocean

I just tried to follow the intructions to set up my digital ocean account. Unfortunately, I couldn't find where to type in the promo code. Could this issue be addressed please?

If following the first Lab environment setup video "Lab Environment: New Users Redeeming the DO Promo Code" did not help, you may try to email the DigitalOcean support team as instructed by the second video "Lab Environment: Existing Users Redeeming the DO Promo Code", found in the first chapter of the course.
