    You need to work in Desktop dir​ in Ubuntu workstation

    mkdir ~/Desktop
    cd Desktop

    check lab 1 page 4

    cd Desktop "

    @vmackfuture, Let try to solve this. Are you able to create the Fabric-samples folder in the Desktop directory?

    And your Sanity check all works?

  • Yes, I have tried for days in several opportunities and without success, step by step, letter by letter.
    Maybe it can be influenced by the linux system I have installed on external disk and Oracle virtual machine?
    I don't know what to do anymore, searching on youtube but it's all past lessons.

    The solution is add fabric-samples/bin...

    1. export PATH=$PATH:$HOME/fabric-samples/bin
    2. source ~/.bashrc # or source ~/.zshrc
