Can't install perl(DateTime) module on RHEL 8.3 with PERL 5.26.3

I'm trying to install perl(DateTime) module on RHEL 8.3 but with no result
When run this:
yum install "perl(DateTime)"
i see this:
There is no result for perl(DateTime).

I have read that perl-DateTime is no longer part of the CentOS 8 base OS.
Do we have the same in RHEL 8.3?

I saw that for example in CentOS 8 user can use PowerTools repository for install this.
Do we have something looks a like this in RHEL 8.3
