Hello instructors
when we see K8s documentation there are some code snippets which when copied into linux console the format is not maintained and entails lot of formatting in vi editor. can you recommend

  1. easy way to create yaml files by copying code snippets without lot of formatting changes.

  • Hi @santoshsub123,

From the documentation you can safely copy yaml code and paste into a simple text editor or terminal window without losing the yaml indentation. Also, you can download the yaml examples following the link provided at the top-right corner of the yaml code box.

For yaml code found in the SOLUTIONS tarball of the course you can just copy the yaml files into your home directory with the cp command.
