Greetings!

I am a 30+ year technology professional with an M.S. in Computer Science (graduated in 2018). Multiple decades ago, in a different program, I outlined the beginnings of a security-focused project that I named Executable Integrity Testing (EIT). For personal reasons, I was unable to complete either the program I was in nor the project. I've reached a point where I finally may have some opportunity to work on it again, so I am trying to freshen up my knowledge of the LInux kernel (last time I worked with it was in 1998 or so).
