Access Denied on Certification Courses is blocking me to schedule exam.

I hope someone can help me in escalating TCCS-5300 & SFDAS-2945.

Having completely unsatisfactory experience with Support team, they are very slow and lazy. They dont respond timely and neither care for client suffering. They blindly copy paste solution from their templates without understanding the issue from the record.

I took 5 days annual leaves to appear for CKAD and now have wasted all in all chasing Support since day 1 (Jan 9). Its a big waste of time and money.

I get Access Denied when I Resume any Certification:

Hoping to see some quick action/help.
