Unable to schedule exam

I can't schedule an exam. The system says that I no eligibility to take the exam even I have paid.

I have raised a support ticket yesterday, yet still no response. The ticket was raised in the business working day. I not sure anyone is checking the ticket queue.

What else I can do?

    @htsiah It can take up to 2 business days for the Support team to respond, depending on the number of received tickets, as they are taken care of in the order received. Thank you for your patience while waiting for the Support team to assist you.

  • I am desperate to take the exam before Christmas holiday. Anyway, thank you fcioanca for your reply.

    @htsiah please check your email, as our Support team has just responded to your ticket.
