Minimize/U minimize

Hi Everybody!
Anyone there can help with this problem: When I open any Application and then Minimize to U minimize it backs to work place; it just not pop up again. it stacked on bottom of the main Window Application non reopening any more.

These graphics behaving are happening with all applications when I minimized, then none U minimize again, including the command Line Interface.

I have tried the Gnome-Tweaks reset the settings to default, but it stills* * nonworking last installation of CentOS 7.9 Guest on Virt- ualBox VM 16, hosting Windows 10.
