Basic information to report issues

Hi all,

I was thinking on how to provide the best assistance we can when reporting issues, and for doing so, please consider providing the following information:

1.- What Chapter and Lab you are working on.

2.- What OS and version you are working with.

cat /etc/os-release

3.- Kernel version.

uname -r

4.- Is it a VM, a bare metal installation, a container?

If it’s a VM, please provide the Hypervisor name.

5.- Describe the issue. Include the commands you are running and how it’s failing. This can be text or a screenshot.
