LFS243 Service Mesh Fundamentals - New course version now live (10.30.2020)

Hi,

A new course version of LFS243 went live on 10/30/2020. The following lab exercises were updated:

• Lab 1.1 - Updated the sample output for steps 7 and 8 to reflect newer versions of kubectl and Helm
• Lab 5.4 - Updated to specify installation of Istio version 1.6.8 because version 1.7.x is incompatible with the SMI specification used in Lab 6.2
• Lab 5.9 - Updated the sample output in step 3 to reflect newer version of Helm
