docker.io vs docker-ce (Labs 3.x & 16.2)

Hi,

Is there any special reason for using docker.io in the labs?
I stumbled over this page which indicates docker.io is "obsolete":
https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/ubuntu/

Also on kubernetes.io/docs docker-ce is mentioned whereas docker.io is not.
E.g. https://kubernetes.io/docs/setup/production-environment/container-runtimes/

    Hello,

No special reason, other than we are using the binary that Canonical provides for Ubuntu.

You may note the kubernetes page referenced is for Ubuntu 16.04 and RH 7.3. This indicates it may not have been updated in some time.

Hopefully cri-o becomes easier to install soon and we can remove docker entirely.

    Regards,
