CKA exam not loading, Delivery partner doesn't have the exam ready.

I had a scheduled CKA exam on 26th June 4 PM BST and the page just kept on displaying the message that "please wait exam is loading" and Launch status said that "delivery partner doesn't have the exam ready". I waited for more than an hour to no resolution.

PSI support couldn't help and asked to email Linux foundation support. I sent couple of emails to support team and It's been 3 days now and I have yet not received a single response from support team.

This is very unprofessional of LF.

Can someone please help on this?
