Potential for Certification Exam - LFS216?

Hello everyone!

I just want to start out by saying that I truly enjoyed the content within the LFS216 course. It was awesome and I learned a ton! Now I am moving on to Linux Administration to pursue a certification and I am curious if anyone was aware of any upcoming plans to have an official certification exam for the material covered in LFS216? I think it would be fantastic to offer that opportunity especially for those that are in the security field such as myself or attempting to move into the security field.

There are no immediate plans to have a certification exam strongly correlated with LFS216. Just not enough demand to support the expense (which is considerable for a performance-based exam on multiple platforms.) There are plans in the works for more narrowly defined security exam(s) on specific topics (such as K8s) so keep your eyes peeled the next few months.
