[ Help ] My exam doesn't show up on PSI

Hi,
I was supposed to take my exam today but on the PSI website my reservation for the 5th of June does not show up in the "My Exams" section .
Instead there a reservation made for the 4th of June ( by who ? ), and all the emails I got from PSI explicitly say 5th of June as the exam date .

So I have 1 reservation in the exam history that I never made, and the one that I made doesn't apparently exist ( again I have confirmation emails with specific timezones and dates, and it's not there )

the current state on the "exam" for the 4th of June is

Certified System Administrator
LFCS - English
Launch Status: Exam is not deliverable because the reservation is not in a pending state

There is also a problem with https://portal.linuxfoundation.org/portal which mentions a third date; yes, the exam that I got confirmation for from PSI, according to https://portal.linuxfoundation.org/portal, is for a different time .

At this point to who should I talk to ? Because I already tried the PSI online helpdesk 3 times but it's offline and nothing is happening .

I have conflicting information to say the least and I'm unable to take the exam that I reserved .

My ticket was processed by both PSI and the linuxfoundation and promptly solved .
