Suggestion to add index to the lab guide

Hello ,
I have taken a few courses from the Linux Foundation and those have an index in the Lab guide so that i can jump to topics easily.
However the LFS242 lab guide doesn't have any index and it is like a blog. I sometimes get tired of scrolling and finding a particular topic of interest.
Please add an index and make a re-format the lab guide with headings. That will be really helpful.
