How to merge multi disks VM to a single disk?

Hi All,
There is a VM (VMware) that I need to clone to a cloud service (OCI), and one of its prerequisites is to upload the VM with a single disk.
The goal is to have all the file systems data on one disk.

Any creative idea how to perform it?
