Exercise 11.2: Using Taints to Control Pod Deployment

Hello All, In the exercise 11.2 , step 13, it is mentioned "Existing containers are not moved, but no new containers are created" . I think this is wrong . Drain command will remove the existing running pods and will mark the node as unschedulable . Cordon command will mark the node as unschedulable and does not touch the existing running pods.
Please clarify.
