Chapter 3 lab - ifconfig deprecated

Hi,

I was trying to complete the Chapter 3 - Namespaces lab and was hitting problems trying to run ifconfig, which I found out was because it is deprecated on the version of Ubuntu I'm using. the decision to not install ifconfig by default was one of those controversial questions -- because many folks have used it for years they found its removal rather annoying. In our Linux admin courses, we discuss this in detail and show how to get it back.
