LFS258 - new course version live on v1.15.1 (8.12.2019)

Hi,

A new course version of LFS258 went live today. Among the updates in this version are:

• The course content and labs were updated to Kubernetes v1.15.1
• A new page on init containers was added in Chapter 4
• The Kubernetes Federation chapter was removed and a new chapter on High Availability was added instead, containing 2 labs.
