Exposure on Yaml

Hello Mates!
As a prerequisite to the course, it is mentioned that one needs to be good at container but it is not mentioned how much exposure some body needs to have on Yaml. So my question is do we have to write Yamls in the exam all by ourselves? And how much expertise some one should have before this course?

Read thru the handbook, FAQs, and exam tips on the CNCF CKA site as they provide details as far as what is allowed on the exam, curriculum, expectations, rules, etc.
