34. Attempt to create the persistent volume claim again. The quota only takes effect if there is also a resource limit in effect.

I don't think that is true. I was able to receive the "exceeded quota" error without creating the resource limit. The reason we didn't get the quota error before is because the persistent volume claim already existed prior to setting the quota limit (steps 24, 25).

Also, persistent volumes don't belong to a namespace, so the '-n small' has no effect in pv commands in steps 4, 16, 28, 33, 38 and 39.
