Hello,
Did you type the command or use copy and paste? There may be some issues pasting from a PDF. One issue is single quotes become back quotes. The other issue, which I think you are seeing, is that the underscores don't paste. Make sure they are in the pasted command.
If you can share the errors you are seeing it would also help determine your issues.

Please note in the course book there is a \ at the end of the first line as it is broken into two lines. I did it in one line.

Hi @KashifAhsan , @AnissaWilliams ,
Please read carefully the lab exercises in their entirety. They may contain notes and helpful tips to help you avoid issues or to guide you towards fixing common errors.
In this particular exercise there is a Note immediately after the wget command, stating the following:
Note: depending on your pdf viewer, if you are cutting and pasting the above instructions, the underscores may disappear and be replaced by spaces, so you may have to edit the command line by hand!
Based on this note, when you copy/pasted the command from the pdf you experienced the expected error. However, typing the command manually worked.

Same issue. There is an underscore that is either not copied or missing.
This link works:
https://training.linuxfoundation.org/cm/LFS258/LFS258_V2023-02-01_SOLUTIONS.tar.xz
wget this link.
I manage to solve this by visiting the link: https://training.linuxfoundation.org/cm/LFS258/
There you can see all downloadable tarballs.Regards,
